Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order leaves our warehouse.

Peak Season & High Volume Periods

During camping season (May-September), holidays, or promotional sales, order processing may take 7-14 business days. While we make every effort to ship promptly, PortaBaker cannot guarantee delivery dates due to factors beyond our control:

• High order volume during peak camping season

• Carrier delays (UPS, FedEx, USPS)

• Severe weather conditions affecting transit

• Supply chain or manufacturing delays

• Customs clearance for international orders

By placing an order, you acknowledge that estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $99 (continental US)

Delivery estimates begin once tracking shows "shipped" and exclude processing time.

Heavy-Duty Packaging

All PortaBaker units are shipped in reinforced, weather-resistant packaging designed to protect your gear during transit. Our packaging is tested to withstand the rigors of shipping to ensure your outdoor oven arrives adventure-ready.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Tracking updates are managed by the carrier. Please allow 72 hours for tracking to activate after receiving your confirmation.

Outdoor-Ready Shipping Protection

• Lost in Transit: Contact us if tracking shows no movement for 14+ days. We'll initiate a carrier investigation and send a replacement if needed.

• Stolen Packages: PortaBaker is not responsible for packages marked "delivered" by the carrier. File claims directly with the shipping carrier and local authorities.

• Damaged During Shipping: If your PortaBaker arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or repair immediately.

Shipping to Campsites & Remote Locations

We can ship directly to campgrounds, RV parks, or vacation rentals. Please ensure:

• Someone is available to receive the package

• The address includes site/cabin numbers if applicable

• You've verified the location accepts deliveries

International & Cross-Border Shipping

• Available to Canada and select international destinations

• Customers are responsible for: customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees

• Delivery times vary by destination (typically 10-21 business days)

• Some fuel components cannot be shipped internationally due to regulations

Adventure Shipping Disclaimer

PortaBaker is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Severe weather conditions affecting outdoor activities

• Transportation failures or carrier service disruptions

• Acts of government or natural disasters

• Supply chain interruptions affecting outdoor gear manufacturing
